pewit.h makes use of "struct timeval" when configure has been run with the "--disable-rtc" parameter. The struct is defined in <sys/time.h>, but the necessary header isn't included. A simple patch is attached to this report, which conditionally includes the necessary header if USE_RTC is not defined in config.h.
