Fixed by normalising all line breaks to CRLF.

The templates supplied with Catkin have unix-style line endings (LF), but data sent from a browser has CRLF endings. When this data is displayed within a <pre> tag, browsers tend to think that each CRLF is actually two line breaks, becuase they've detected from the beginning of the template that the data is in unix format.
