so maybe you can change the behaviour from the
ucmd_forcesend_func and ucmd_forcesendto_func not to use this flag...

The IsBot flag is REALLY needed by the hub only. You don't need to have access to this flag because BOT is like another user. The flag is ONLY need by the hub to manage the communications between it and the bot.
