What about `-e` … open the metadata in `$EDITOR`, effectively combination with `quilt header -e`?

Currently "quilt fold" keeps the metadata of the topmost patch and discards the metadata of the patch being folded in. It would be convenient to give the user some control over this. Ideally he/she should be able to choose to keep the metadata of the topmost patch, or the metadata of the patch being folded in, or both.

This option could mimic what is currently implemented for "quilt import -f":

-d {o|a|n}
        When overwriting in existing patch, keep the old (o), all (a), or
        new (n) patch header. (...)
