Rev. 1.88 of main.c fixes this bug. To specify a filename
that contains a colon, the trailing :format specifier is
no longer optional in this case.

The syntax for -U won't allow for full pathnames in Windows due to drive letter specification. Example:
-U flash:r:"e:\test.hex"

The parsing is done on the colon first, not grouping on quotes. Doulbe quotes would also be needed to handle spaces in the pathname, which is allowable on Windows. Example:

-U flash:r:"e:\This is a subdir\this is a test.hex"
