Same fixe for Windows (no more need for #ifdef).
Couldn't use Savannah's CVS tonigth. I will try again tomorrow.

Fixed the problem under Linux (not in CVS yet). Have to check under Windows. Stay tuned...

There is a strange thing happening which can be simulated like this:
- In the supplied test application, scroll down and put the cursor on some line at the bottom.
- Now, using the mousewheel, scroll up and down a bit hiding and reexposing the line with the cursor
- The line with the cursor on it is drawn twice.

I am using Fox 1.1.48 with FXScintilla 1.57 on WinXP, the same happens on NT4.
