Hmm. Should note that I dowloaded today from the apt-get.org's listed sources line /unstable which is:

deb http://lappc22.epfl.ch/~glob2/debian/ unstable/

The glob2cvs package has the same problem.

Are these packages up-to-date?

If not, could you please remove them from that source, or even better, update them regularly?

Thanks a bunch for Glob!
Ingo

Got the same problem.
Please find an example error log:
===========================================
# apt-get install glob2
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
glob2: Depends: xlibmesa3-glu (>= 4.0) but it is not installable
E: Broken packages

# apt-get install xlibmesa3-glu
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Package xlibmesa3-glu is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
xlibmesa-glu
E: Package xlibmesa3-glu has no installation candidate
=======================================================

Note that I wouldn't even want to install xlibmesa-glu since I've got a different, equivalent lib already installed.

Bug acknowledged, fixed in CVS

Thanks for testing and reporting bugs to Globulation 2.

The Debian packages depend on xlibmesa3-glu. They should depend on the virtual libglu1 package instead so that people that have alternative glu packages installed don't get errors.
