Looks like Atmel changed the stk500 firm protocol again.

I need to get the new firmware into my stk500 before I can look into this.

Any chance a "-v=4" dump could be posted to the uisp-dev mailing list?

What does AvrStudio report as the firmware version?

Programmer is a AVRISP, eeprom is programmed correctly, but the programmer is left showing it is busy and the below error is produced. Programmer needs to be power cycled to restore operation. This is only a issue with eeprom and not with flash.

Firmware Version: 1.15
Atmel AVR ATmega128 is found.
Firmware Version: 1.15
Uploading: eeprom
Programmer is not responding.
