Simulating very short programm (without gdb, breakpoint use).
avrcore.c: avr_core_run(): run_time is 0 (millisecond resolution).
To avoid this I added `run_time ? ... : 0LL' (2 calls of avr_message).

P.S.
Comment to function `eeprom_wr_op_cb' (eeprom.c): "Since the get_program_time() function only has 10 ms resolution".
Glibc's `gettimeofday' (used in get_program_time) has microsecond resolution. This checked on Slackware Linux 1997 (2.0 kernel): i486DX2 50MHz (without rdtsc command). Difference between 2 calls of gettimeofday was about 24 microseconds (exclude long periods of system interruptions). And on modern computer with Mandrake 9.1 (2.4 kernel) such difference is 0 or 1 microsecond.
