I've realised this is basically a dupe of bugs #5814

I've discovered the cause of this. The CVS tree had:

./Attic/foo,v
./foo,v

So it was trying to add the same file twice. So, the CVS tree is broken really. It would be nice if monotone gave a more user friendly error when this happens though :)

A little more info, the file which monotone died while importing from cvs, imports fine via rcs_import

Monotone seems not to like a certain rcs file. I've attached a typescript of the import session although I think only the last few lines are interesting. Please ask on irc if theres anything else you'd like, I'm tigger^

I've converted ^M to \n in the typescript
