Fixed. Also, WebtopFiles now download with good looking file names.

There is the same problem with all the other files downloaded from the Fle3, eg. WebTop and Jamming. The name is now something like wt012 or jm23. The files should come with the name given + extension.

When you export a course the courses are by default saved with the name of the handler function, i.e. "courses from handler" with no default extension type.

This can cause problems on Win32 and MacOs installations.

I propose with offer the right MIME-type (if not already) to the browser along with a name like:

export_courses_dd-mm-yyyy.zip

that should be 29 characs, which MacOS, Win32 and *nixes should handle. It would also give an idea what the file is about, when was the export done and what file type it is.
