Since "freetype-config --libs" should return flags needed for linking with FreeType library, I think that it shouldn't return flags of privately used libraries (zlib, bzip2, libpng, harfbuzz and ft2_extra_libs).

This was already changed for freetype2.pc file in the bug #25814.

Attached is a simple patch which does this for me.
