This has now been resolved. The fix will be available from version 2.5.alpha3 and on.

Multiple modules should be possible to load from a single file. Fixing this will have some (minor?) repercussions on the MIB Loader, but will mostly require changes in the MibAnalyzer and asn1.grammar files.
