When reading a MIB file, some numbers are written in binary or hexadecimal number format. Such numbers are currently converted to normal NumberValue object.

It is desireable that the original number format be kept, making sure that binary numbers are reprinted as binary number when converting the MIB back to a string (through the pretty-printer for instance).
