Damn, I forgot why I did not do this in the first place: When A authenticates B this information is stored in A's personal data. A is free to edit his personal data without limits, the Web interface is "just" a convenience. Therefor I cannot really enforce this requirement.

What remain is the necessity of an unbroken chain of authentications all the way to user 0. This is essentially the same but pretty hard to implement (performance problem). More thinking needed.

Only people who are authenticated should be able to authenticate.

All actions should now be hidden from OTHER users (and user who are not logged in) until the user is authenticated. He should still be able to see his own actions, though.

After persons log in they are able to edit everything they like. Their edits should be hidden from other users until they are authenticated though (i.e. their real identity established).
