This has now been implemented. The --debug action prints the
internal representation of the grammar (i.e. the tokenizer
and the parser data structures).

When debugging a grammar, it can be extremely valuable to
be able to see the look-ahead sets used by the parser. A
new "--debug" action could be added to the command-line
interface to allow listing the grammar as interpreted by
Grammatica.

Such a listing could also contain the interpreted regular
expressions.
