Boost.Thread (on Linux at least) relies on symbols from Boost.System.  That should be detected as well, and added to linking.

The detection of Boost.DateTime seems wrong--instead of setting the variable boost_date_time, it sets boost_thread.  I wonder how it can work in the first place.

I'm attaching a patch that (hopefully--it's untested) fixes both of these issues.
