Savane upgraded

We upgraded Savane today. If anything looks unusual, tell us :)

Mainly, this releases fixes UTF-8 support. We still have some issues with some part of the translated texts (those with plural forms), hopefully this will be fixed soon.

There's an issue with session cookies that I noticed
(actually it's not new, but it seems it's not gone away either...)

The logout link tip reads "end the session, remove the session cookies", but, whenever I logout, two savannah.nongnu cookies are left in my browser and I have to remove them manually.
What's wrong?
