Advanced Gtk+ Sequencer v2.1.x - implementing server parts

Item posted by Joël Krähemann <jkraehemann> on Sun 04 Nov 2018 11:53:45 PM UTC.

Yeah, yet another bug hunting odyssey. As version 2.0.37 many unit-tests have been added. Figuring out some really tricky bugs. Like the fix to swap parameters of the AgsChangeBpm task passed to ags_tactable_change_bpm() interface implementation.

A file-upload controller

I have always dealt with the idea to implement file upload. May be this time.

Improving server and controller setup

The code related to AgsServer has definitely a need to be improved. This is one of the main goals of the next minor release.

Might be there is going to be a client, too.

Implement OSC server and client

I would love to have OSC library routines. In files like:

  • ags_osc_util.[ch]
  • ags_osc_buffer_util.[ch]
  • ags_osc_parser.[ch]
  • ags_osc_builder.[ch]
  • ags_osc_client.[ch]
  • ags_osc_server.[ch]

Seems like some work to be fulfilled.
