Release of PSIworld 0.3:
* replaced Makefactory buildsystem by the GNU autotools
* PSIutil is no longer included in the psiworld module, but available as
eparate package
* all code in the psiworld module is now written in C++
* Google SparseHash is optionally linked in when available. Otherwise, the
C++ tr1/hashmap is used. You can also select the hashmap implementation
with configure.
* the Qt Editor has been replaced by an experimental CEGUI editor. This code
is not yet release in this distribution.

Release of PSIutil 1.8:
* split from the PSIworld main package
* dead and unused code has been removed
* many fixes and cleanups

As of Makefactory 1.4, this project is no longer part of PSIworld. For compiling PSIworld, you will need to install Makefactory before onto your system. See http://project-psi.org/wiki/Makefactory for more information.
After some time of development, PSIworld 0.2 has been released with many exciting new features.
The highlights of this release include:
- aeolus/icarus infrastructure improvements
- many API additions, such as container and discrete map support
- preparations for the execution scheduler unit
- lots of minor improvements and fixes
Release of PSIworld prerelease 0.1.1:
* Terrainmaps are now defined and merged into PSIworld / PSIobjapi:
- generic data representation
- Maps are implemented as ObjAPI Object nodes
- virtually unlimited extent
* added scripting engine:
- sample lang="C" support: functions are accessed via dlopen()
- dynamic object execution
* Execution Units for scripts implemented:
- Each script is executed synchronously on its owning Execution Unit
- Generic scripting API defined (language independent!)
* Several bugfixes and enhancements
* Code cleanup

We are proud to present the first milestone release of Project PSIworld.
This package contains a server, some sample data and a console-based management client (EditLine based). PSIworld has also an
elaborate set of library packages exposing interesting features as LGPL licensed library.
From now on, every six to eight weeks a new development snapshot will be provided.
The next steps include the refinement of the current source, development of an ontology object editor, the integration of script languages (i.e. Python) and the development of a graphical agent display client. Stay tuned!
