Two and a half years ago I made a go at triangle stripping the blocks in the Crack Attack! of the time (http://happypenguin.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1721). I've been gone for two years and just discovered the existence of this project, so I thought it might be good to share my results here, though I don't know whether this is still applicable to the current state of development. Vertex numbers in the strip files (output from the sample actc program) should correspond to line numbers in the lists of unique vertices. I tried to preserve vertex normal information but don't remember what was up with the normals for the low triangle block. Apologies for any problems with this- I'm no hand for programming and have forgotten much of how I did what and the suchlike. If having more of the stuff I hacked together to get to this point is needed, feel free to email me.
