I do not really imagine how to make sure that the button appears when the Network DC is enabled.

But I think in response to the web interface, only through the console command, it's bad. In some regions of the bulb(the earth), DC is very popular.

Optimally to after switch on DC network, appeared, the button in a web interface.

I am not sure that we should add random buttons to main panel, at least it should be configurable (think of those users who don't need dc or even didn't compile it in). Instead DC management should be better integrated into usual web ui..

On forums and in personal correspondence received many questions on the work of the network Direct connect. The same Web interface is not intuitive, it makes it difficult to understand ordinary (non-developers :-) mldonkey) people.

I offer my mini-patch to improve the perception of the network in a web interface Mldonkey.

Essence:
On the Servers tab, add an extra button "DC Office".
With the drop-tips on how to prevent users forgot to include the DC plug-in settings.

P.S. I apologize if I chose the wrong class, or made some mistake in the code.
