You can set the order in which you'd prefer to see
different types in a multipart/alternative in two
ways. The first is from the command line: the patch
changes the -type list to set the preferences, too.
The second is in mhn_defaults: the order of the
*-show-type/subtype lines lists the order in which
you'd prefer multipart/alternative parts to be displayed.
The command line overrides mhn_defaults.
These patches are against nmh-1.0.4.
Hrm. This patch also adds n_filename and n_lineno to
struct node. It doesn't make use of them, though.
Sorry that crept in. It also turns n_context into
a boolean.
