patch #9796: Correct filename in apinames.c error message

Sun 14 Apr 2019 06:21:53 PM UTC, original submission:   Digging into an error getting FreeType to build in WSL for use with FFmpeg, I discovered a bug in apinames.c where when it fails to open its output file, it displays an error message with a different filename in it. (For certain command-lines, it looks like it could actually read uninitialized memory in this process.) Fix is trivial.	JDG <logiclrd>

 

(Note: upload size limit is set to 16384 kB, after insertion of the required escape characters.)
