Corresponding source code
This patch does two things:
1. In Tru64, the majority of the files are owned by "bin" instead of "root". I added a simple hack to allow the owner for pathmsg to be set by $OS instead of hardcoding to root.
The right solution would probably be to handle this better in pathmsg but this will take additional investigation.
2. Do not hardcode the ownership of /etc/inetd.conf to root:root ... instead let the $Tiger_ROOT_PATH_OK_Owners and
Tiger_ROOT_PATH_OK_Group_Write determine the proper permissions.
