Material Object Libraries in C++
MateriOL++ is part of the Simula+ software (including MOL++ for Mathematical Object Libraries in C++, MateriOL++, FEMOL++ for Finite Elements Methods in C++, MPIOL++ for Message Passing Interface Object Libraries, and a graphical user interface in java). The computation language used is C++.
MateriOL++ aims at developing standard mechanical object libraries using templates, in order to manipulate objects such as compressible and incompressible isotropic tensors, Eshelby's tensor, material properties and so on.
There is one library per file (ex. the Eshelby's tensor library is stored in the file Eshelby.h) and each library is checked using a non regression test file (ex. Eshelby-test.h). Each library is documented inside each file (ex. Eshelby.h) and the final help can be generated using doxygen.
The compilation is g++ 7.4.1 and intel C++ 19 compatible. It is developed under GNU/Linux and runs on this system. All the files developed in MateriOL++ are the work of two laboratories : the “Laboratoire de Physique et Mecanique des Materiaux" (Laboratory of Physics and Mechanics of Materials) located in Metz, France, and the “LAboratoire de Mathematiques et ses Applications de Valenciennes" (Mathematics and Applications) located in Valenciennes, France. These libraries only depend on MOL++ libraries (and standard C++ libraries).
MOL++ is located at https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/mol
