The same should probably happen if the precedence is junk or bulk.

Attached patch, which is also submitted to Debian (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=509901) causes spamass-milter to DISCARD instead of REJECT messages that have the "Precedence: List" header set. This way spamass-milter doesn't reject (and thus according to the broken mailinglist software that forwards spams) bounce the message anymore, but just accepts it and trashes it.

Please apply this into the mainstream version as it will resolve the described issue for a lot of people.
