There were some issues making this work on all platforms.  With 1.12.6 I believe it now works everywhere though.  Please test it.  Reopen this bug if it isn't solved.  Thanks!

With the shipped configuration trying to use a 64-bit value with the '-c' option can have undesired results.

Changing:

option "counter" c "HOTP counter value" int typestr="COUNTER" no

To:

option "counter" c "HOTP counter value" longlong typestr="COUNTER" no

In 'oathtool.ggo' allows these to function. This is a necessity when using eSecuTech tokens as they use a 64-bit value for their initial counter.
