You can close it though. Because its a acceptable workaround.
I was able to shorten the URL by asking my windows friend to get me the file explorer URL.

Make those URLs shorter. We are talking about names with 255 characters (that are 3 lines).

I have the exact same issue as this guy:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/davfs2/+bug/1288869

davfs tries to create a folder in /var/cache/davfs2 but the foldername is too long for a ext4 file system.

What is the workaround?
Bug report is from 2014...
