Requesting the ability for projects to customize or add to the text that appears around the "Attached Files" section. We recently added text to the pages for new bugs/patches that include a notice about expectations for uploads (see https://savannah.gnu.org/patch/?group=octave&func=additem )
, but these same messages don't appear to those attaching files to an existing post.
