There are no means in davfs2 that would allow this. I think this is the job of the operating system.
I wonder anyway how davfs2 could "take all your bandwidth". The Linux kernel uses time sharing. So every process gets control for some short time and can do IO-operations (including network) during this time. davfs2 has absolutely no privileges in that respect.
Of course: upload bandwith is very small in many cases (e.g. ADSL) and every program that does a lot of upload will slow down all other uploads.

I have a mount point for my cloud files (Stack from TransIP).

This works great, except when I copy a large file to that folder. It then takes all my bandwidth to upload the file to the remote system.
Is there any way to limit the bandwidth taken by davfs?
