Hi, sorry for the late response, was travelling for my job.

It's now a few days ago. Can you check if there's a file called '.notFinished' in the root directory of the corrupted backup? It should be.

You can simply delete that corrupted directory via 'rm -r' but you have to run storeBackupUpdateBackup with option --interactive or option --autorepair after.

I ran bzip2 -tvv and verified that linkFile.bz2 from yesterday is corrupt. Is the best way to recover from this just to delete yesterday's backup?
