I couldn't find any re-registration URL in the initial acknowledgement.  I'll re-apply though.

Hi,

We did not get a response from you, so we deleted your project from the pending queue.

If you would still like to have your project hosted at Savannah, please register it again.

The re-registration URL found in our acknowledgment of your earlier registration will direct you to the proper location where you can re-register your project.

Regards.

Hi,

I see that we have an issue that I overlooked, perhaps because we're in the context of a GNU project: we don't allow projects with "Open" in their name at Savannah. This also impacts the "opencdk" project submitted a couple months ago.

Savannah's mission is to host free software projects, and we want the public to think of them as free software projects.  A project name that says "open" will tend to lead people to think of the project as "open source" instead of "free software".

We would be glad if you accept to use "free" instead of "open" in your project name.

Ack.

Hi,

Can you precise how the relicensing is done, legally speaking?
For example:
- tarball: misc.c: GPL, copyright Timo Schulz & FSF
- git: misc.c: LGPL, copyright FSF

Was there a copyright assignement and FSF-originated relicensing?

Just doing routine checks :)
