General interest features previously found in libCERTI
may now be found in libHLA:
- MessageBuffer
- multi-platform Semaphore/SHM
- TLSF allocator (Unix-only) not used yet but this will come
- SHA-1 a cryptographic hash
- MurmurHash2A : a [very] fast non cryptographic hash
- Clock classes : for measuring time
The move may be considered over.
Next time we have to introduce such "basic" features into
CERTI we will have to decide "from the beginning" if they
have to be in libCERTI or libHLA.
(still working on the MessageBuffer move)
