Yes.  The problem is present in pre-release 2.92 (Aug 2004)
and in gcc 3.4.3 either.

I think I have found a code generation bug in the version 3.0 release, with the following code snippit:

struct Regs
volatile unsigned char reg;

struct Device
struct Regs *regs;

struct Device dev0 =
(struct Regs *) 0x0100,

void init(struct Device *device)
device->regs->reg |= 0x01;
device->regs->reg &= ~0x01;
Compile command:
m6811-elf-gcc -m68hc12 -Os -c bug.c
ccsfaaaa.s: Assembler messages:
ccsfaaaa.s:23: Error: Invalid operand for `bset'
ccsfaaaa.s:24: Error: Invalid operand for `bclr'
Compiler details:
m6811-elf-gcc -v
Using built-in specs.
Configured with: ./configure --target=m6811-elf
--program-prefix=m6811-elf- --host=i586-mingw32msvc
--build=i686-pc-linux-gnu --enable-languages=c,c++ --prefix=\usr
Thread model: single
gcc version 3.3.5-m68hc1x-20050129
The problem only occurs with optimization enabled, since bset/bclr are not generated without it.
