I just created a ATmega168 section in my avrdude.conf

Flash programming tested with avrdude 4.4.0cvs and STK200 style hardware.

I am not familiar with CVS, so if someone could add this to the avrdude.conf, that would be great.

Sure.  You don't even have a name, so how to contact you?
Do you exist at all?

This is free software, which means it's not only free, but
we need volunteers to actually do the deed.  I don't have
an ATmega168, Brian probably doesn't have either.  Unless
someone is finally going to contribute that entry, too bad,
it won't happen.

6 months later still no 168 support.
Tried hacking my own definitions and ended up with toasted chip, which they said couldn't happen, but sure did :-(.
