Marking the bug as invalid as 'fsck' is implemented as 'self-heal' within glusterfs's translators.

to suit with glusterfs's translator design, fsck is actually implemented in each translator as a mgmt call. Though glusterfs-shell will have a command to fsck, an interface to fsck should be provided by each translators.

fsck to be written as a glusterfs-shell script. its work is to ensure sanity among nodes (same dir structure with permissions and ownership) etc
