This numerical unaccuracy has been fixed. A 4th order Laboatto quadrature formula is now used instead of the trapezoidal rule.
This should improve precision without deterioring too much the system conditioning: using a very accurate method can lead to such a illed-condition linear system that numerical errors lead to non-sens solutions --- this is due to the fictitious domain approach.

The coefficient computed to evaluate the domain intersection with the border cells is evaluated in a very bad way that leads to an enormous pollution of the solution.
