Preamble

<P>
If you report a bug in the configuration process or a library defect try to be as specific as you can.  Submit a testcase that is failing or a log of the failing configuration.  Problems we cannot reproduce are impossible to analyze and fix.

<P>
If you report a library enhancement request try to create a complete example testcase that checks the new feature.  Specify why this enhancement is a good idea and how it fits with the overall library API.
Write documentation for the new feature.
