Support for GNU Emacs 23 discontinued

Support for GNU Emacs 23 has been discontinued in the development branch of BBDB.  The last release 3.1.2 still supports it and GNU Emacs 25.1 has been released in the meanwhile.

Support for Mu4e and Wanderlust have been added

The lisp code in BBDB 3.1.1 is identical to the lisp code in BBDB 3.1. Only the autoconf and automake scripts have been updated.

Automake support added

BBDB has been updated to use Automake. 
Thanks to Christian Egli <christian.egli@sbs.ch> for helping with this.
This has significantly simplified the scripts for building BBDB.
Also, it has made the build of BBDB more compliant with GNU standards.
This has brought BBDB v3 yet closer to its first proper release.

Autoconf support added

The build process now uses autoconf. Except for typos and other unintended mistakes an up-to-date installation guide is in the file INSTALL.

To match common naming conventions the autogenerated file bbdb-autoloads.el has been renamed to ...

Grab it with "git clone git://git.savannah.nongnu.org/bbdb.git"

The CVS repository will be disabled after testing.
