Hi,

1.Here's the link on savannah for MOL++ project (licence GNU/GPL v2 or later) : https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/mol

2.The copyrights have been updated in each file of the project.

3. I'd like to rename this project in materiOL++ (see comment #1 of the 02/16/06). So I would like to make the following changes :
Project name : MateriOL++ (Material Object Libraries in C++)
Full Name : MateriOL++
System Group Name : materiol
What do I have to do ?

Thank you.
Yours Sincerely.

Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

At first, can you please point me to the source of MOL++ or to its license page?

At second,
" * copyright © Laboratoire de Physique et Mécanique des Matériaux (LPMM - UMR 7554)

  • copyright © Laboratoire de Mathématiques et ses Applications de Valenciennes (LAMAV - EA 4015)"

this entries lack information about the year of the copyright.

Have a look at http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html

The project account will remain inactive until a site admin approve or discard the registration.

######### REGISTRATION ADMINISTRATION #########

While this item will be useful to track the registration process, approving or discarding the registration must be done using the specific "Group Administration" page, accessible only to site administrators, effectively logged as site administrators (superuser):

######### REGISTRATION DETAILS #########

Full Name:
----------
  MatOL++

System Group Name:
-----------------
  matol

Type:
-----
  non-GNU software & documentation

License:

GNU General Public License V2 or later

Description:
------------
Project name : MatOL++ (Material Object Libraries in C++)

MatOL++ is part of the Simula+ software (including MOL++ for Mathematical Object Libraries in C++, MatOL++, FEMOL++ for Finite Elements Methods in C++, and a graphical user interface in java). The computation language used is C++.
MatOL++ aims at developing standard mechanical object libraries using
templates,in order to manipulate objects such as compressible and incompressible isotropic tensors, Eshelby's tensor, material properties and so on.
There is one library per file (ex. the Eshelby's tensor library is stored in the file Eshelby.h) and each library is checked using a non regression test file (ex. Eshelby-test.h). Each library is documented inside each file (ex. Eshelby.h) and the final help can be generated using doxygen.
Our website contains a more detailed description of the global project. It is located at the following address :
http://www.univ-valenciennes.fr/lamav/Simula+/index.html
The compilation is g++ 3.4.1 compatible. It is developed under GNU/Linux and runs on this system. All the files developed in MatOL++ are the work of two laboratories : the “Laboratoire de Physique et Mecanique des Materiaux? (Laboratory of Physics and Mechanics of Materials) located in Metz, France, and the “LAboratoire de Mathematiques et ses Applications de Valenciennes? (Mathematics and Applications) located in Valenciennes, France. These libraries only depend on MOL++ libraries (and standard C++ libraries).
The code can be found at lpmm.sciences.univ-metz.fr/~collard/simula+
