Ok, the bug description is not quite truthful. The MibLoader.getDefaultContext() provides a way to access the "iso" symbol without having loaded any MIBs. However, this is not obvious or easy to use, so a new MibLoader.getRootOid() method was added to simplify this.

It is only possible to retrieve the root "iso" OID tree node if a MIB is loaded. But since this symbol is defined internally in Mibble, it should be exposed through a simple API to simplify applications that print or accesses the whole loaded OID tree.
