All primitive types now return true for isPrimitive() until they are referenced, after which they return false.

This fix will be released with version 2.2.

When encoding types with BER encoding, it is important to know if the type is a primitive type or a constructed type. While a good guess can be made from the type class, it is not sufficient as defined types are always considered constructed. In Mibble, though, when defining a type, the type reference is completely resolved and removed in the last stage of the loading, making it impossible to separate primitive types from types defined by a primitive type.
