Forgot to note:  Red Hat 9.0, latest patches.  php-4.2.2-17.2 from the Red Hat updates.  httpd-2.0.40-21.3 from Red Hat's updates.

As far as I can tell, I've done nothing out of the ordinary--my conf[dir] is in the home directory, while the psg-1.8.1 tarball is sitting in a subdir of httpd's document root.  The link to "Post Comment" after stories is "/blog/index.php/article/1076710038" instead of "index.php?op=comments&id=1076710038&PHPSESSID=c6afed4ce7e07b69d1b7be1b9f0a40af" which is what it looks like on most PSG blogs.  Hence, trying to post a comment gets a 404 error.  Pasting a well-formed comment URL into the address bar manually brings up a proper comment form which works.  All the Edit, Archive, and Delete admin links work, but the "Link" link to a permanant article has the same bug.
