nmh 1.7-RC3 has been uploaded!

I am pleased to announce that the third release candidate (RC3) for nmh 1.7 has been uploaded; you can download it here: nmh-1.7-RC3

This release fixes a few bugs, notably in the areas of MIME external-body processing and iCalender handling. It also includes some documentation improvements.
