Shifting All Focus to formalizing Function Algebras and maintenance of Boolean stuff.

As seems to be justified in
<a href = "bool2.nongnu.org/theory/goodaut.tex">Various original defintions, remarks, and incomple work.</a>,
the only way to proceed with this formalization is with function
algebras and perhaps clone theory.  I will be following
closely Dietlinde Lau's "Function Algebras on Finite Sets," available from Springer Publishing as a monograph textbook.
I have little interest in completing free Boolean algebras, for the reason, that if it does anything, then it would need function algebras and clone theory to manage that "anything."  It's meta-help to the "Boolean help."
I definitely want to clean up the Boolean code, though, and will periodically do that, when I'm sleep-deprived and need something easy and mindless to do -- like routine elimination of big terms, other things with simple Ltac, unifying name convention, cleaning up stray code, weird comments that no longer apply -- okay, maintenance!
