Corresponding source code
When using a combination of --secure and --cap with chcontext, the arguments are passed to vattribute as --bcap <caps> ... --secure, which means that any caps set will be removed. This patch makes --secure the first option passed to vattribute, so it doesn't override any of the other arguments.
