Output format developer for QWE

This group is not part of the GNU Project.

QWE is a proof of concept to make a WYSIYWG Literate Programming tool aiming to improve software documentation, presentation and maintenance.
It is based on its own lightweight mark-up language and contains document structure elements, format text, links, annotations, decorations and images, among others. It is highly customizable and extensible. QWE also includes QWEB, a Literate Programming extension implemented on top of QWE.

We need developers to create from scratch output formatters for QWE. Main tasks include analysis and design of a generic formatter and explicit format translators (to-HTML, to-LaTeX, etc).
