Thanks for the log file.

From my understanding of the Microsoft document this is what happens:

The SharePoint server checks the User-Agent header. Because of missing "non-browser" it assumes the client is a browser and redirects it to a login page.

Next step:

We should change the User-Agent header to inform SharePoint that this is not a browser. To do this please take source file src/webdav.c, line 369

    char *useragent = ne_concat(PACKAGE_TARNAME, "/", PACKAGE_VERSION, NULL);

and replace it with

    char *useragent = ne_concat("non-browser ", PACKAGE_TARNAME, "/", PACKAGE_VERSION, NULL);

(the space in "non-browser " is important).

Now SharePoint should answer with another kind of authentication request (401 ?). Even if this works there might be still problems with authentication.

Please give it a try and send the logs again.

Cheers
Werner

Thanks for the msdn link.
I'm not sure what the reason for the 302 response really is. It might be because of the User-Agent header, but it might be a authentication method issue as well. Some users can interact with SharePoint (see sr #107114) but encounter other problems.

First thing to investigate would be the full response of SharePont to the first OPTIONS request. It probably includes a body which might give a hint to the real problem. The redirect URI would be of interest too compared to the origninally requested URI.

You can get this information either from Wireshark (or the like) or by setting options "debug most" and "debug httpbody" in davfs2.conf and looking at your log files.

Depending on the information from this response the next step may be to try different User-Agent headers. A value of "non-browser" would be my first try.

Cheers
Werner
