More infos:
the file "mkinstalldirs" do not exists on the apolos-0.1.8.tgz downloaded.

My solution:
I make download the file "mkinstalldirs" from the apolos-0.1.7.tgz. Have a critical problem in the action?
The "mkinstalldir" of the apolos-0.1.7 is equal from the apolos-0.1.8?

I try creating apolos-0.1.8 debian package and that error show me:

---
Making install in po
make[2]: Entering directory `/home/kairo/debian/deb/apolos/apolos-0.1.8/po'
.././mkinstalldirs /home/kairo/debian/deb/apolos/apolos-0.1.8/debian/apolos/usr/share
make[2]: .././mkinstalldirs: Command not found
make[2]: * [install-data-yes] Error 127
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/kairo/debian/deb/apolos/apolos-0.1.8/po'
make[1]: * [install-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/kairo/debian/deb/apolos/apolos-0.1.8'
make: * [install] Error 2

looking the po/Makefile I look in line number 30:
MKINSTALLDIRS = ./mkinstalldirs

but this file don`t exists.
